What Is CrossFit?

CrossFit is by the simplest possible definition a strength and conditioning program that is based upon constantly varied, functional motions, performed at a high intensity.
CrossFit workouts can be scaled to meet the needs of any individual regardless of fitness level, age, or experience. The fitness needs of elite athletes and the total novice differ by degree and intensity, not kind.
