Group Classes
Group classes are hour long training sessions. Each class consists of a warm up, skill practice, the Workout of the Day (WOD), and concludes with flexibility work and additional practice as time permits. There are few motivators that are more powerful and supportive than group workouts. The energy of the group will help you to push yourself harder and take your fitness to the next level.
Drop-ins/Traveling CrossFitters
We do not offer drop in rates or punch cards to anyone other than traveling CrossFitters or committed members of other affiliates. CFG is a close community of athletes dedicated to fitness, achieving results, and supporting each other. Infrequent drop-ins will not get you results this program has to offer.
First WOD at CFG is always free so please come on by if you are a traveling CrossFitter. Please contact us to inquire about pricing thereafter.
