Christine Na
Christine Na started her athletic career as a 6-year-old girl attempting to mimic cool gymnastic moves she witnessed one day on television. Not taking no for an answer, she convinced her parents to enroll her in a gymnastics facility she had found on her own. Soon enough, this clumsy, hyperactive little girl grew into a competitive gymnast with the love of fitness. She then continued her athletic career as a cheerleader through high school, collegiate, and all-star divisions, competing in both national and international levels. With her passion for fitness and body mechanics, she pursued education in Biopsychology and Personal Training at UCSB. Christine began CrossFit training in early 2011 with the amazing Goodland community and instantly became addicted to the sport. Although still new to CrossFit, she had the innate urge to encourage and aide her fellow teammates maximize their fitness potential. With her new found love for CrossFit and the Goodland community, Christine dedicated herself to learn as much as possible as an intern under the wonderful instruction of Coach Nick Conn. Along with her strong ability to instruct body awareness and control, her inner cheerleader will always come out to inspire great performances out of any athlete.
