Deadlift
5 Reps 75% WM
3 Reps 85% WM
1+ (max reps) 95% WM

Working Max (WM)= 90% 1RM

Then:
For Time
50 Kettlebell Swings
40 Burpees
30 Pull-ups
20 Ring Dips
10 Box Jumps as high as possible

 

Open Athletes:
Recovery Row
Mobility
Light Low Volume Skill Work

Efficiency will be the name of the game on this nasty Snatch ladder. Keep your butt low and jump that bar. If you are out of position and pull early it’s going to be a rough workout. Be careful attacking weights relatively heavy to your 1RM when you are tired. There are consequences when you throw heavy metal and rubber over your head carelessly. Make sure you hook grip as grip will definitely be a limiting factor for some of us. Tape helps. Wrist and maybe thumb if it rubs in your hook. Keep attacking that bar. I have a feeling a lot of us are going to surprise ourselves with what we are capable of this Saturday. Regardless of your score have fun and try to learn something new about your Snatch. I already picked up the steaks.
