Today’s Workout: Back Squat 3 Reps 70% WM 3 Reps 80% WM 3+ (max reps) 90% WM
Working Max (WM)= 90% 1RM
Then: 1000m Row Time Trial

My hamstrings are still sore from Friday. Should make rowing extra fun.

Me too! But yes, totally worth it.
I refuse to believe that any row beyond 500m matters.
It’s like gravity. It will affect you whether you believe in it or not.
Why is it that now I think of squatting as an analogue to life? Or perhaps life as an analogue to the squat?
1000m row after all morning climbing, this sounds like a great idea. Be there for one of the later classes.
Gotta be a better idea than climbing after Crossfit. Tried that Saturday and I’m still recovering.
