President’s Day Schedule

 

Today’s Workout
Deadlift
5 Reps 65% WM
5 Reps 75% WM
5+ (max reps) 85% WM

Working Max (WM)= 90% 1RM

Then:
10 Rounds For Time
15 Deadlift 135/95
15 Push-ups

We will be open during our regular group class hours Monday. Please don’t make me get up early just to have no one show up to the 6:30AM class.

  3. Part of me is more concerned about keeping good dead lift form for 10 rounds than knocking out those push ups.

  8. For the workout today I happened to be working out next to Ryan. It was inspiring and humbling. He finished at 10 and change while I still had far to go when the clock struck 20.
