Then:
10 Rounds For Time
15 Deadlift 135/95
15 Push-ups
We will be open during our regular group class hours Monday. Please don’t make me get up early just to have no one show up to the 6:30AM class.

Agree. Good opportunity for me to work on push-ups…
Part of me is more concerned about keeping good dead lift form for 10 rounds than knocking out those push ups.
This morning WOD did kick my ass!!! Glenn said he felt sick an hour after he was done. ….

Nothing like a 6:30 AM WOD on the weekend.
For the workout today I happened to be working out next to Ryan. It was inspiring and humbling. He finished at 10 and change while I still had far to go when the clock struck 20.
His performance was definitely inspiring, that was ridiculous.
