Press 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2 Resting 60 Seconds Between Sets
Then:
Find Your 1RM Turkish Get Up (Both Arms) In 5 Minutes
Max Double Unders In 4 Minutes
Max Pull-ups In 3 Minutes
Max Clapping Push-ups In 2 Minutes
Max Burpees In 1 Minute.
Record Weight On TGU and Total Reps.

i hate to admit that it took me a good while to figure out what TGU stood for. sigh. it’s too nice to be stuck at work staring at a computer screen. :/
