What happened to squats on Monday?
Murphy has surgery and I cant coach most of the classes today because of it. I wanted to make sure I coached this squat session because it will be heavily technique oriented. Don’t you worry there is a lot more powerlifting in our future…

Ah 400m in the dark, this should be fun.
I know there are always scaling options, but my knees are super pissed off at me right now and I’m just going to take it easy for today. Looking forward to the next squat day so I can unfuck them (without having to resort to the rec cen).
MWOD is your friend….
also stretch out your hip flexors (couch stretch) and calves, those are two of the more common upstream and downstream muscles that when tight can cause knee pain.
thanks–i have become a little religious about the calf-stretching, but have been neglecting my hip flexors. hope to see the light at the end of the pain cave soon.

There was a chance I would have to be at a tournament this weekend while signups were open. I wish I could have forsee the future cause I don’t now. Mama Pappas would have been ready to kill though. Good luck guys wear your rage proudly.
