Today’s Workout:
Deadlift
5 Reps 40% WM
5 Reps 50% WM
5 Reps 60% WM
Working Max (WM)= 90% 1RM
Then:
One Minute On…One Minute Off…for 10 minutes.
30 KB Swings – 2 pood
*You have 1 minute to get 30 KB swings. If you do not get 30 KB Swings in 1 minute, count a penalty.
*Perform this workout one minute on and one minute off. Total time is 10 minutes.
*For every penalty counted, perform a 1000 meter row.
The Open will consist of workouts posted February 22-March 25. We will all be doing the Open WODS in group classes, but if you would like to participate you can sign up here: http://games.crossfit.com/. Make sure you join Team CFG. If we have enough boys and girls sign up and kick ass we might even qualify a team for regionals which would be amazing. Don’t be intimidated they are just workouts like the ones we do here at CFG every day.
