I did that mob wod yesterday before the workout. Definitely helped! That’s the one I was telling you about.
As far as the workout, looking forward to whipping my arms and legs as I try and do double unders.

Back is still messed up. Instead will walk my dog Charlee at lunch. Even if my back was in good shape, my calf would prevent me from doing double unders – darn. Really, I mean it, I live for double unders.

My legs are done from those split squats, could barely ride my bike to class… Oh yeah did i mention I couldnt sit up in bed this morning cause my abs, I’m sticking to this new fad called jogging today
