Test the following in any order:
500m Row
Max Tire Flips In 1 Minute
Max Height Box Jump
Max Vertical Jump
Max Bench Press

Your wrists link you to many of the motions and workouts we perform here. It is important to take the time to properly warm them up and earn sufficient flexibility to prevent injury and reduce pain while opening them up. Tape can help by aiding in slight compression, it is a good idea to keep some in your gym bag. I will be restocking the CFG supply if you need some. Taking steps to mitigate inflammation can help the situation as well. This can mean paying attention to mobility drills and working them on your own, icing or cold water immersion post workout, anti-inflammatory diet (read also Paleo), and possibly supplementing your diet with fish oil. As always feel free to ask our coaches for suggestions on how to begin to correct your issues.
