Two letters that signify something much larger. Pappas made a comment on the photo of the AMRAP 45 Burpee board the other day that got me thinking. A lot of us have been forgetting to write RX next to our scores if we do the workout as prescribed. This is a shame for a few reasons. Earning RX is an honor and you should be proud of your accomplishments. It would also be a shame to forgo a spot on the boards simply because you forgot to let me know you did the workout RX’d. Own your work.
