Going long in a workout is not fun or easy. It is also not a good way to build fitness. Endurance is; however, a great test of fitness and mental toughness. Every athlete who showed up on Monday amazed us with their effort in the face of one of the nastier workouts that has ever been posted here at CFG. Respect.
