Wendler is Coming

 

Today’s Workout:
Squat 3-3-3-1-1-1

Press 3-3-3-1-1-1

Part of the reason we are attacking board worthy skills is to get a baseline on our core power lifts (squat, press, deadlift). Starting in January we will be focusing our efforts on getting stronger using a Wendler 5-3-1 progression. Powerlifting is fundamental to pretty much every other motion we do which means if you can get better at the slow lifts every part of your game will improve.
