Mike Ford is leaving us today to start his BUD/S Training. There is no doubt in my mind that he will succeed due to his fitness and insane work ethic. I will never forget his epic RX+ on Pier to Peak with the 20lb vest or that Black OPS WOD a bunch of us did last summer. We will miss you brother it has been an honor training with you.
