I was updating the boards for most of the weekend and it made me a little nostalgic and very proud. I have many fond memories of epic performances you guys have thrown down over the years. There are few things in life that make me happier than seeing people do things they have never done before with their fitness. This month we will be doing as many benchmark skills and workouts as we can fit in. Let’s fill our boards and see how many records we can break before the New Year.
