Thanksgiving Schedule

 

Today’s Workout:

Front Squat 5-5-5-3-3-3

Between Sets 4-6 Pull-ups 3022

Then:
50 Box Jumps For Time

Next week we will be having a special schedule for Thanksgiving as follows:

Monday-Wednesday: Regular Schedule

Thursday: Morning Group Workout 9:00AM Only. Then go be glutinous with your family.

Friday Open Gym 10AM-2PM

Saturday: Closed

Happy Thanksgiving and have a great time with your family and friends! Remember to favor the turkey over the stuffing.
