We hold most of our mobility positions for about 2 minutes. This leaves about 23 hours and 58 minutes a day during which you can be in any position you want which is more than a little disproportionate. If you know you have tight hammies or have trouble opening your shoulders; it is important to take the things you learn from working on your mobility in class and spend some time outside the gym making it better. Progress may be harder to measure than a deadlift PR, but with gradual and diligent attention to your mobility you will get better at your positioning and thus better at being an athlete.

I’m thankful I did that in the evening and not at noon. You should really post warnings for some of these WODs…SOME of us need steady hands in order to stay employed…
(but i forgive you because it was kinda fun)
