Today’s Workout

Row 1000m For Time:
Then Immediately Do 2 Minutes Of Each For Reps:
Double Unders
Medicine Ball Cleans 20/14
Kettlebell Swings 1.5/1 Pood
Burpees

Record 1000m row times, and count total reps for score.

Our morning crew has been growing a lot in recent months. The dedication it takes to do a CrossFit workout before the rest of the world is even awake is admirable and commendable. Keep crushing it guys!

  2. This is one of those posts I wish I hadn’t read first thing in the morning. I was scared all day and it sucked as bad, if not worse, than I was expecting. I thought for sure I’d be able to get 100 DU in two minutes, but I got 30. For the first minute after the row my legs were jello and I didn’t get a single DU — I just kept messing up. Ridiculous, but awesome WOD.
