3 Pull-ups at 50-60% 1RM
6 Turkish Get Ups 1.5/1 Pood
9 Toes Through Rings/To Bar

Your shoulder has a large range of motion. Around the corners of that range it can run into impingement. This means that it is blocked and cannot effectively enter into a proper position. Learning how to position the shoulder can prevent injury while making you a stronger and fitter human being.
