Hug a Veteran

 

Today’s Workout:
“Nutts”

For Time:

10 Handstand Push Ups
15 Deadlifts 250/170lb
25 Box Jumps 30/24″
50 Pull-ups
100 Wallball Shots 20/14
200 Double Unders
400m Run with a 45/25lb Plate

Our country would not exist without those who stake their lives defending it. In our local and greater CrossFit community we are blessed to have many Veterans and active Servicemen (and women). They deserve our love and respect for their dedication to us all. Simply saying thank you is not enough so today we dedicate our workout to a fallen hero.

 

Tomorrow’s Morning Class will be at 9:00 only in because we will be taking a limo full of CFGers on a limo through wine country to celebrate the second birthday of CrossFit Goodland. I believe we have one spot left if anyone would like to join contact me immediately.
