Huge thanks to Ted for all his help and expertise setting up our new spot. It would have taken MUCH longer without him to get CFG 2.0 set up. Especially the pull-up bars. There are really no words that can appropriately convey the gratitude I have for all of your help my friend. I would also like to thank Jen, Bryanna K., Felicia, Matt R., Mike F., Ryan, Christos, Dax, Na and anyone else I forgot for their help as well. There is still a bit more to be done around the gym (I still don’t have an office), but at least we can get back to crushing WODs as usual.
Tomorrow there will be only a 9:30 workout so I can try to get some final touches done on the gym and office.





Thanks for all your help Ted — the new place looks great! I would also like to note that I helped lined a couple of leader boards with tape. I’m guessing Drywall would support me when I say that was THE most important job to be done in the new box.
