Regular class schedule is back in effect as of today.
Develop two different programming tracks: Normal WoD and Strength WoD.
The Normal WoD would be more metcon and traditional CrossFit-focused–basically how most of the workouts are now.
Strength WoD would be more for people who just want to pick up heavy shit and hate running. Conditioning would be accomplished with really short metcons (2-10 minutes) and barbell complexes. Also: bench press.
I ask for this because I don’t like metcons that last more than 10 minutes, and we don’t have open gym yet. And even when we do get open gym, it may not fit my schedule. We also have lots more space now, which helps when people are doing different stuff.
