As Many Rounds As Possible In 20 Minutes

5 Left Arm DB Split Jerk 35/25 – Split Right Foot Forward
5 Right Arm DB Split Jerk 35/25 – Split Left Foot Forward
10 Toes to bar
50 Double Unders

*On the split jerks make sure you recover your feet to a standing position before the DB is lowered.

Caitlin will be throwing down in a full contact roller derby bout this Saturday at Earl Warren. Who wants to come check it out?
