As I was taking down the pull-up bars last night I was reminiscing on the first 2 years here at CFG. Our gym is more than heavy shit and gymnastics equipment. This little box has grown tremendously over the last few years into much more. As much as I am stoked for our new spot, I will never forget our start here at 5718 Hollister. CrossFit Goodland has been a hell of a journey so far. Thank you all for being a part of it.
Group classes will be cancelled until Monday. Call me or email me if you want to come help move or work out (or do some mobility after this WOD). I will be around, just a little pre-occupied building us a new badass fitness facility.
Saturday morning we will be meeting at the city college track at 10AM for a little off site workout.
