Hey,
 
I did the “31 Heroes” workout today at a Crossfit at Kuwait Naval Base, about 30 minutes away from where I am stationed.  There were even a couple former SEALs there.  Pretty cool.
 
Attached are some pics from the workout.  I made sure to rep CFG.  They are supposed to be doing Fight Gone Bad here in a couple weeks, so I will try to make it there for that.  Due to the constraints on travel, its not as easy as just jumping in the car and driving somewhere unfortunately, so I have to come up with an excuse to go there.
 
There are several good gyms here at Camp Arifjan; one even has a “crossfit” type section with ropes, pullup bars, kettle bells, and a big ass tire, but unfortunately everyone seems to think that it is also the ab mat area.
 
I think I’m going to start chunking kettle bells to scare everyone away.
 
Hope all is well back in Cali.  Can’t wait to leave this place.
