Whether you participated in the Paleo Challenge or not, made it the whole month or not, or you have no idea what the hell a Paleo Challenge is, the important message from trying to clean up your diet is to learn about food and how what you eat affects how you feel and perform. Your body is your own personal experiment and it is up to you to play with the variables and figure out how you operate best. What did you learn from your experiences with the Paleo Diet? Will you continue to eat clean?

Oh shiiiiiiiit
Don’t know any Paleo recipes but found a nice website that has a ton of them. I make slight tweaks to them they’re actually pretty tasty.

4. #3 makes stress baking tricky.
I maintain a Paleo diet pretty regularly and the things I notice immediately are: my sleep is the best sleep ever, energy levels are through the roof and are consistent from morning till night, and I’m in a great mood. Paleo is awesome
I loved this workout. My goal was to never break a KB set and I succeeded. Felt pretty good.
My paleo challenge was not such a success. I was not as on the ball as I would have liked. Paleo requires a lot of planning and most of my planning time was spent on the wedding. Not an excuse, but for the most part I’ve been maintaining a paleo lifestyle since the first paleo challenge I did back in 2010. When I fall off the wagon my body lets me know it and then I climb back on board.
