Roger has been working out with us for about 6 months now and his growth as an athlete consistently inspires me. He used to be intimidated by weightlifting due partially to inexperience and also to an old injury, but he has always been open minded and adds to his lifts and mobility little by little each workout. The summation of his efforts have taken him a long way as he now has several dead hang pull-ups, strong overhead lifts, and a full depth squat. Happy Birthday my friend. Thanks for being your awesome self.

  5. Thanks to everyone! I truly appreciate it! (I’m blushing as I write this.) Off to Telluride and Toronto film festivals for the next two weeks. I will miss the workouts and you guys. In the meantime, rage on!
