Paleo Check In…

Work up to a max Turkish Get Up in 8 Minutes.

Then:
AMRAP 12
6 Turkish Get Ups at 50% (Alternating)
12 Toes to Bar

Just checking in to see how Paleo is going for everyone. I know a lot of us have fallen off the strict plan, but are you still thinking about your fuel? Even if you don’t or can’t always eat strict Paleo you should still aim to put quality foods in your body. For those that have fallen, worry not, burpees are on all of our horizons whether you have been keeping track of points or not.
