With all the tragedies and natural disasters going on in the world, donating blood is a simple way to help. I am hosting a Blood Drive with the United Blood Services
on Thursday, December 15 from 4-7. This would be a great way for CFG to give back to the community.
Donating blood is not for everyone, but if you are on the fence, just remember that December marks one of the highest months for car accidents.
Just 1 pint of blood could save 3 lives.

Count me in too!
So your stuck in a forrest and you slip, fall, and cut yourself hella bad! Your only 3k away from a road and have been crossfitting for about a year, however you’ve never had to deal with doing a wod with very low blood levels. If only you had done this for elizabeth, given blood, and hit a wod the same day to know how your body would handle the stressful environment!
Warning: i am not your immediate coach anymore and don’t recommend doing this without Nick’s approval. To be honest i don’t recommend it at all!
Can’t do this time–they don’t want my blood. Will donate at some point when I haven’t been through Asia in the past year/recently had ink done/fallen below the weight requirements. Promise.
