“Little Murphy”
For time:
800m Run
50 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
150 Squats
800m Run
Poop on the floor.
Clean up after yourself because you are a human and not an 8 week old baby.
*Partition Pull-ups, Push-ups, and Squats and Poops as needed.

Murphy is the newest member of our wolfpack. He might be little now but he is going to grow into a bad ass gym dog and will definitely not be wanting for exercise. Be sure to introduce yourself next time you come in for a workout. Also, pooping on the floor is not actually necessary to complete this workout.
