Welcome Murphy

 

Today’s Workout:

“Little Murphy”

For time:

800m Run
50 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
150 Squats
800m Run
Poop on the floor.
Clean up after yourself because you are a human and not an 8 week old baby.

*Partition Pull-ups, Push-ups, and Squats and Poops as needed.

Murphy is the newest member of our wolfpack. He might be little now but he is going to grow into a bad ass gym dog and will definitely not be wanting for exercise. Be sure to introduce yourself next time you come in for a workout. Also, pooping on the floor is not actually necessary to complete this workout.

  2. “little murph” is not so little (the wod, not the puppy, cuz he’s still small right now). wish i was there. definitely missing our gym :/ welcome to the goodland murph!
