Na is going to start her internship process and journey toward becoming a CrossFit coach here at CFG. She will be helping with warm-ups and coaching workouts with me from time to time until she earns her wings (and her princess key, ask Pappas). Not only is Na a stud athlete, she also has a great awareness of body positioning and human motion from her years as a competitive gymnast and cheerleader (the kind that kick ass not the Ra-Ra variety). Her aspiration is to one day become a physical therapist, which is respectable and awesome. Lets all help her to become the best coach she can be.

That was fun, despite the burpees…should have gone heavier on the deadlifts, though! (that part was too easy!)
