Paleo Q and A Tonight

Tonight at 7:30PM (after our last evening class) we will be hosing an informal Paleo Seminar and Q and A Session. I will outline the basics of the Paleo Diet and answer any questions you might have. The Challenge is totally optional, but I highly recommend that at the very least you start to pay attention to the fuel you put into your human machine.





My Paleo Challenge Goals:
1. Strict Paleo all month
2. CrossFit 3x/wk
3. Run 2-4x/wk
4. Ride my bike to work as much as possible
5. Hopefully this all adds up to -10 pounds…
One of my biggest issues with Paleo is what to drink. I like having something besides water with my meals. I am trying to limit juice and coffee (because I only drink it with cream and sugar), and beer and wine are out. Any suggestions?
tea! (whatever kind you can drink without sugar/milk.)
or: learn to love your coffee black. french press instead of drip brew, and use water that isn’t quite boiling–the extraction temperature is super important. once you get the brewing right, you’ll find you have coffee that’s flavorful and delicious but not all that bitter.

caffeine fast for at least 2 weeks
bike to work
SLEEP ENOUGH.
