The arrow in the above map crudely indicates where we will be meeting on Saturday for the 5k. Be there at 8:30AM. This does not count against your membership. Afterward we will be streaming the 2011 CrossFit Games at the gym and I will have the BBQ going. Come on by if you want to watch the Fittest Athletes on Earth battle it out. It’s pretty epic that the first workout this year starts with a 210M Openwater Swim and is going to be run in only 1 male and 1 female heat. You can also check out the action on ESPN 3 in the evenings.
Monday our month long Paleo Challenge will begin. If you have any questions I will be hosting an informal Paleo seminar after the Monday evening classes at 7:30PM. All are welcome.
