Paleo Challenge, Part 2: The Rules of the Game

The rules of the game are simple. Eat foods that are Paleo, avoid those that aren’t. Each time you cheat you will be required to keep a tally of your point. When you do cheat it doesn’t matter how much you have of your cheat food, but each different group counts as a point. For example a cheeseburger could potentially be 3 points: one for the bun, cheese, and ketchup. Scoring will be like golf, but with burpee penalties served at the end of each week 10 for each point. This challenge is totally optional, and some might argue a little dumb in light of the fact that Fiesta will become a celebration of burpees, but it is a great way to take a month and think about the quality of food you are putting into your body.
