Double Unders
Push-ups
Sit-ups (or GHD Sit-ups)
Between each round do a Farmer’s Carry the length of the parking lot. Post loads and times.
This Saturday meet at Goleta Beach at 8:30AM for a chance to earn a spot on the 5K boards. They have been empty for far too long, so it is time to remedy the situation. The course will be marked out and posted here on Friday.
