40 Squats
30 Sit-ups
20 Push-ups
10 Pull-ups

Today is an exciting day. It is a chance to beat yourself on the first workout you ever tried here at CFG. Some of us have done this one a few times now and know it well, others will be doing it again for the first time. Either way know your old time going in and push yourself to get a better one.
