Learning to control and move your body better is a large part of what we do. Improving gymnastic skill will improve all other aspects of your athletic journey. Proper movement patterning and improved midline stabilization are two of the more desirable side effects. Also, it is simply lots of fun to learn how to do muscle ups, handstands, pull-ups, and maybe even some flips. If you want some evidence as to the efficacy of using gymnastic training to get better at nearly all other skills look no further than our resident gymnast Christine Na who Jerks like 400 pounds now or something like that.
