Thanks to all the athletes who came and participated in our first Olympic Lifting meet. Saturday was fun and I think we all learned a lot from lifting competition style. 3 attempts makes lifting a whole different game. Congratulations to everyone who PRed.

Coach Major will be back for more in the future. He is a great coach and a great dude. Thanks for helping us out all the way up here in the Goodland my friend.

  1. My first time doing “Kelly.” It’s brutal. Could only do four rounds. But inspired by others around me who were slaying it.
