9 30″/24″ Box Jumps
Email Coach Major (major@akrossthemiddle.com) with your predicted maxes by tonight if you want to throw down on Saturday. Olympic Lifting will begin at 8:30AM so show up at 8AM. Regular group classes will be cancelled in light of this event, but if you want to come hang out, watch some lifting, and BBQ come on by (you can try to squeeze in a workout afterward if you would like).
