Some of our classes have started to get pretty packed around here. This is the best problem our little gym could possibly be having, but with increased size comes increased responsibility for all of us. When space gets tight it is important to make sure you control your equipment and body safely. This is especially important when weightlifting and dumping bars from overhead. More equipment and space is my #1 priority for us right now, but in the meantime please watch out for, help, and share with your fellow athletes. The least impacted classes currently tend to be in the evenings currently so if you are looking for more space and face time with your coach these are a great option. Private and semi-private coaching sessions are a great way to get some extra help with your lifts, get some specialized programming, or earn a new skill and are available to all of our members at a discounted rate off my regular one.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for working out here at CFG and being a part of our crazy little family. Our community is flourishing and starting to produce some incredible athletes. I hope that you each think of this gym as a gymocracy not a gymtatorship. If you ever have any input on ideas or constructive criticisms please feel free to share them with me through email or bring them up in person. Ultimately I am the gymtator, but I want this gym to be a place we all enjoy and love to hear any feedback or suggestions. Just don’t expect any Zumba classes on the schedule. Ever.

Aw, gymocracy… you so clever.
Well, can we at least start using shake weights if there aren’t going to be any Zumba classes.
Ryan, fortunately genetics have blessed you with a built in shakeweight. I suggest you use it on your own time.
