The overhead squat is a challenging motion for every athlete, especially if flexibility is a limiting factor. Christy has been working hard on her mobility for over a year now and has earned herself an increasingly solid overhead squat. She often shows up early and/or stays late to devote time to extra mobility work and has patiently been adding weight to her lifts as it improves. Her dedication is more than commendable, it is effective. She is a true firebreather because she has an indomitable spirit: she never gives up and always works hard.
