This Side of Brightness

Today’s Workout:

3-3-3-3 Snatch Grip Deadlift

Then

1000m Row Time Trial

Rest 3 Minutes

400m Run Time Trial

Yesterday’s post was a good one to read, but Will Harris brought up a great point in the comments. If we are going to call out the negative side of things we should also highlight those athletes who are giving it their all and completing every workout to the best of their ability.

Roger has been killing it lately. He has a mobility issue due to an old injury, but he does not let that stop him from working hard to earn his squat. No matter what comes up in the workout he is open minded and does his best. It has been awesome to witness his progress over his first few months of working out at CFG and I can’t wait to see how far he can go over the next few. Thanks for being a stud and raging here my friend.

  1. I appreciate the shout-out. I feel fortunate to have joined Crossfit Goodland.

  2. Dude, you have no idea how much I was hoping you’d program some deadlifts before I went out of town! (Conventional, sumo, snatch grip…don’t care, <3 all of them!) Totally made my Friday :)

It doesn't have to be fun... to be fun.
