What’s the scoop?
“The Clash” is an individual competition that will include 2 workouts (TBA the Monday before) with scaled options so that athletes of various ability levels can participate.

Each and every registered athlete participant will receive:
*A limited edition “2011 Central Coast Clash” T-shirt
*$10 Progenex gift certificate
*2 WODS and an action-packed event with local CrossFitters

But wait, there’s more! 1st Place Male and Female Rx’d athletes will each receive a $250 cash prize (provided by our primary sponsor at Life AsRx), a $100 Gift Certificate to Life AsRx, and a $20 Gift Certificate to Progenex–a total prize package worth over $350!

2nd Place Male and Female Rx’d athletes will each receive a $100 Gift Certificate to Life AsRx and a $20 Gift Certificate to Progenex, and each 3rd Place Male and Female Rx’d athletes will receive a $50 Gift Certificate to Life AsRx and a $20 Gift Certificate to Progenex.

As always, friends and family are welcome and encouraged to join the fun. Following the competition, athletes and spectators will have the opportunity to kick up their feet and celebrate after an awesome day of WODs (WCSC will provide the keg!).

www.westcoastsc.com. The cost for athletes who register before Friday, July 22nd is $40/athlete, and after is $50/athlete. The final deadline to register for the Clash will be Friday, August 5th. This competition is limited to 72 athletes, so make sure to reserve your spot ASAP!
