When is this CrossFit stuff going to get hard?

 

Today’s Workout

1000m Row
30 Burpees
15 Ground to overhead (using any method preferred) 135/85lbs

This was the workout in Celina’s first group class. After destroying it practically unbroken she set her weight down and asked “So, are we ever going to sweat in these workouts or what?” At that moment I knew we had found another true firebreather.
