2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2 Box Squat

Then
For Time:
30 Deadlift 275/155 Deadlift
100 Air Squats

Tho goal of these squats will be to pause on the box then generate a lot of speed out of the hole. The weight will be kept light. Dave Tate of Westside Barbell can do a much better job of explaining the benefits and technique of a box squat so here is a great article written by the man himself.
