Let me preface this post by admitting that I am in no way a neat freak. This picture was taken after Chris Janeway got pissed at the plates being unorganized and decided to take matters into his own hands. When you finish a workout and get back to reality from the intense rush or metabolic induced hallucinations please clean up after yourself. Put your toys away nicely and use the bleach spray and a paper towel to wipe off any blood and skin on your bars or pull-up stations. Thanks.




I just had a thought looking at this picture – instead of building or buying plate racks, what if you were to use a length of PVC or dowel set upright as a slide/ghetto rack for the bumper plates? It’d be a good way to ensure they are always stacked, and hopefully in their proper place.
