40 Squats
30 Situps
20 Push-ups
10 Pull-ups

Thanks to our athletes who stepped up and represented the Goodland Team at the Crazyfit Challenge. It was a fun day out on the beach, and I think the other gyms will be talking about our solid range of motion for a while. It’s always fun and beneficial to your fitness to step outside your comfort zone to try new events and competitions. If you missed out don’t worry. We participate in events like this regularly and you can join in the fun next time.
