The ladies of CFG are incredible. Yesterday Celina took the top time overall (for men and women) on the Filthy 50 and it really got me thinking about how awesome all of our girls are. Sometimes I take it for granted that they throw heavy weights around, yell, curse, spit, and rage just as hard as any man because I have the pleasure of being constantly exposed to an amazing CrossFit Community, Often women stick to attempting to “tone” in the gym while spending hours on an elliptical reading Cosmo. Our ladies have discovered that strength is beauty and definitely have plenty of both.
They are not Skinny fat
