Happy (Belated) Birthday Ted

Ted has been working out with us since before CFG, and even before CrossFit Ventura. We used to meet for weekly workouts when Colin and Huff were getting their start as coaches with a group of the true CrossFit OGs from the area. The entire time I have known him I have respected and admired his strength, wisdom, and kindness. His understanding of athletics is incredibly deep and his advice regarding workouts is sage. Ted never hesitates to lend a hand and help out with projects around the gym. I think Angel said it best when he made one of his goals “Shred Like Ted.” Happy Birthday Ted. You are the man.
